Delete Your MoodTune Account

At MoodTune, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data.
🔐 How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your MoodTune account using one of the following methods:
Option 1: In-App Request
Open the MoodTune app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your request
Option 2: Email Request
If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by email:

📌 Subject: Delete My MoodTune Account
Include:
Your registered email address
Your username (if applicable)
🗑️ What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile (name, email)
Mood history and preferences
Voice recordings and audio inputs
Generated music history
App usage data linked to your account
⏳ Retention Period
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 days
Backup data may be retained for up to 30 days for security and legal purposes
After this period, all data is permanently deleted
⚠️ Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
You will lose access to all your data and generated content
Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics
👶 Children's Data
If we discover that a child under 13 has created an account, we will delete the data immediately upon request.
